After Taekyung tells Minam that its okay for her to like him, Minam tearfully asks if her liking him bothers him. Taekyung then says it’s okay cause you’re a special fan, so you should feel honored and hugs her. Minam then says goodbye to Mother Superior, telling her that she’ll be leaving with Taekyung who is like a faraway star. On the other hand, reporter Kim goes to the company asking questions regarding Shinwoo’s girl and Hoonyi hurriedly says that it isn’t Minam but Minam’s twin sister- Minyeo. Thus, Minyeo has no choice but to return back to being a girl and is catapulted into the spotlight, this time as Shinwoo’s girlfriend. When Shinwoo and Minam starts thinking of alibis for themselves, Taekyung….

Unfortunately, a bus with high school girls suddenly stop in front of them (they're apparently high school girls on their graduation trip haha) Sayuri and fellow fans created a big commotion, shouting Taekyung's name. Naturally, Minam and Taekyung made an excuse and prepared to slip away quickly. At this point in time, Taekyung whispered in Minam's ear, "I like you." Minam was dumbstruck. News of how Taekyung personally sent Minam to the airport was circulated and Taekyung was dragged into rumours about the love-triangle within A.N.Jell (oops sorry ahaha I'm not too sure who exactly is involved =X) When Jeremy (who's at the recording studio) saw Taekyung and Minam's song lyrics (歌词 = song lyrics. but I'm not too sure what lyrics they're talking about), the situation became awkward. Ma Hoonyi (Manager Ma) asked Taekyung for the truth, and so Taekyung told him to look carefully, before hugging Minam to him, leaving everyone around them in shock.

Top secret filming!!!

The cast of SBS's teeny-bopper drama, "You're Beautiful", will be filming at a secret location in Japan for 3 nights and 4 days.

The drama will be airing their last episode some time this month, and the production company decided to film the last scenes of the drama in Japan, from November 18th to the 22nd. They chose to go all the way to Japan despite their tight and busy schedule for the filming of the final scenes.

A representative of "You're Beautiful" said, "After discussion, we decided to proceed with the filming in Japan."
Why did they have to go all the way to Japan for the final filming? The representative said, "We wanted to depict a beautiful ending, therefore we moved the setting to a location in Japan."

So, does this mean that there will be a happy ending? Well, we may never know until the day of last episode because they revealed that,"The Hong sisters are currently writing and editing the final scripts. Therefore, we do not know the definite ending yet."

On a side note, anyone who watched the 12th episode of "You're Beautiful" should remember the scene when Kang Sin Woo played the guitar and sang a song called "A Song for a Fool/Because I'm Stupid". After the episode aired, Jung Yong Hwa, has been getting lots of praise for being the perfect actor for the sweet and ideal man, Kang Sin Woo.

If you were charmed by the “Pig-Rabbit” stuffed animal that was featured prominently in this week’s episodes of You’re Beautiful, you’re not the only one: the production company has been flooded with inquiries about it. One source explains, “The phone won’t stop ringing with questions regarding the Pig-Rabbit. With the fans requesting merchandise of the A.N.JELL cut-outs [pogs] and the Pig-Rabbit, we have looked into it and plan to begin production soon.”

In case you’re behind on the drama, “Pig-Rabbit” arose out of a nickname that Jang Geun-seok’s character had for Park Shin-hye; the plush version was created when he cannibalized two stuffed animals in Episode 9 to produce a bunny with a pig snout.

The stuffed animal was also featured in Episode 10 as he continued talking (and venting) to the doll. The cartoonized A.N.JELL figures (pogs and stickers), which were used as a plot point, also got fans talking.

Meanwhile, the drama finally broke 10% ratings with the last episode; its 10.0% (via TNS ratings; AGB’s give 10.8%) held up against IRIS’s 30.9%.

I found this article - quite old since it is from 10 days ago - but its pretty interesting. Taken from Hancinema main news release.
"OST of SBS idol drama, "You're Beautiful" has created a sensation in the music market. The OST album sales have reached nearly 20,000 within 7 days upon its release on Oct. 14.

The production company of the OST said, "OST album of "You're Beautiful", unveiled on 14th, has sold 15,000 copies on the 22nd". "The album has sold consistently and it will pass the 20,000 mark in days".

The OST album placed 1st on the first day of the release in the Hanteo Chart, which lists album sales in real time. It has received good response as a music source as shown in the various music portals such as Melon, Dosirak, and Mnet.com where the album ranked in the upper sections. Given that it is difficult for an OST album to be sold over 10,000 copies, the OST of "You're Beautiful" deserves kudos.

The popularity of the drama has contributed to the strong sales of the OST. Its viewer rating is modest. However, the drama which is popular among fan manias has won the hearts of viewers with its well-made storylines and music.

In addition, behind the popularity there are songs by the idol group in the drama, A.N. JELL, consisting of Jang Geun-seok, Park Sin-hye, Lee Hong-gi, Jeong Yong-hwa and Oh Won-bin, an ex-member of FT Island.

'You're Beautiful' is continuing to be popular in quiet.

According to the survey from AGB Nielsen Media Research 'You're Beautiful' current rating is 10.8% and gains another top rating. The former rating from 'You're Beautiful' was 9.4% and now up 1.4% points that reach 10 double-digit ratings.

'You're Beautiful' marked 30% of the audience although it has to compete with popular KBS 2TV 'Iris'. 'Iris' rating is ahead of 'You're Beautiful' but Iris' share audience began to fell 7%.

'Iris' seemed to be the competitor of 'You're Beautiful' that has a steady popularity. Girls dream of fantasy, comic storytelling, hot pop group performance and the loyal fans are the elements that make this drama blast in quiet.

Well, it seems that our efforts are not a waste of time. I have personally seen how poeple gather online to chat, exchange news, watch episodes and send messages to cheer You are beautiful's crew, and it is really unbelievable. The world wide attenttion to this drama seems to go beyond any expectation. I remember to have feel this masive excitement through episodes release in just a few dramas before, counting Oshin, Starway to Heaven and Boys Before Flowers. The difference is that now the access to the internet is affordable for much more people than ever before. Rating in Korea is still low indeed; however, as You are Beautiful is coming close to final episodes, it is also true that this drama has made its way to our hearts.
I pray God everyday that more and more people, specially in Korea, watch You are Beautiful in the tv station. Then actors and producers can realize the impact they are having in the world and, maybe they could think about extending the episodes....as all of us hope.

A.N.Jell....manía

Our Superhiper Journalist in duty , shazreeeen, been reporting from one of the many online channel of SBS which already aired episode 9 today. Here her words:

"People come together when they have something in common. That is what is happening all around the world as people tune in to SBS production As They Are Very Handsome / You Are Beautiful. A very good example would be at livestation.com where more than 30 people were tuning in to the conversation in the chat room. As we all wait for 21:55 Korean time, we see people all over the world helping each other tune in to live streaming of the channel and having random conversations.
Amazing isn’t it. How one Korean drama can unite people from all across the globe? Where I was tuning in to, the people in it were from America, Australia, and the Middle East all the way to Asia. We owe it all to YAB’ production team, cast and crew for bringing into our worlds such an amazing drama, it united us all.
Over in the cat lines, I read people discussing about their country, their lifestyles and their liking all in real time despite the differences in time. YAB is seriously an amazing drama, and that has to be something we all agree too. So amazing, it gets difficult to tune in to live streaming if we tune in a bit late! To the YAB team, Fighting!"

Japanese Fans Come to Cheer "You're Beautiful" at Shooting Location

Japanese fans of the A.N.Jell come to cheer "You're Beautiful" to cheer the actors and crews at shooting location.

There will be some shoots in Okinawa, Japan. About 200 fans will attend the shooting process and they will need extras guard during the shooting.

Drama "You're Beautiful" with its idol band ANJELL will show more of the love story process among its casts such as Jang Geun-suk, the lead singer of popular band, FT Island, Lee Hong Ki, Park Shin Hye, Jung Yong Hwa, and After School member Yui.

Minam gives Taekyung a cup of coffee and celebrates his birthday with him. In order to give him a birthday present, she spends a lot of effort on it. While Yoohye bullies/prank Minam and sees Shinwoo, Yoohye's attitude changes, but her mood worsens. Other than that Yoohye takes Minam's hairclip, claims that Taekyung bought it for her, and tells Minam to let go. Thus, hurting Minam. Mohwaran contacts Go Mija asking to see the twins.

Mientras Yoohye molesta a Minam y ve a Shinwoo, la actitud de Yoohye cambia, pero su humor empeora. Near the office, Yoohye asks Minam who she likes the most, which makes Yoohye confirm that is Taekyung. Minam couldn't say anything, and instead falls to the floor. The sniffling Yoohye then purposely cries out for Taekyung to come over. But once Taekyung comes, Yoohye immediately changes her attitude, pretending to comfort Minam. At night, Taekyung tries to take the fevering Minam to the hospital, but Minam worries that Taekyung would got hurt because of her. Therefore she keeps rushing Taekyung to go home. With no choice, Taekyung goes home and takes care of Minam the whole night. While Minam is very grateful to Taekyung, in order to not cause him any trouble, she decides that she needs to leave.

It seems everything dramatically changes again (OMG). ...However, it looks interestin, again, as nothing really expected. Perhaps we could have a kiss scene...nobody knows. I just know that i`m going soooooooo addicted to it i can barely wait.

We started shooting in september, and now two months has passed, the drama's already past the halfway mark... Waiting in front of the monitor, watching the scenes shot today that have to be broadcasted tomorrow, I really feel the hard work of the cast and crew Even with this tiring schedule, everyday the crew keep smiling, as do our main actors geunsuk hyung, shinhye and yonghwa. Because of this my heart feels secure and I think coming to work on set is fun. I, Jeremy, after finishing shooting of this drama will revert to my role as F.T Island's Lee Hongki, getting ready for our concert on the 14th and 15th. Every day is a busy day, we're working hard at shooting too. I hope everyone can support us, 'You're Beautiful' until the end (After that it's stuff about F.T Triple.) Thank you to our crew, my friends shinhye, yonghwa, geunseok hyung, manager hyung, our hair and wardrobe noonas for supporting me, and also to our sponsors (or investors?) for the drama and those in the company. Jung Yonghwa nearly involved in a car accident

Jung Yonghwa, currently acting in SBS ‘You’re Beautiful’ was shocked when he found out that the car heading towards his residence in Kangnam, Seoul after wrapping up filming in the SBS Tanhyun studio in Ilsan slipped on the rainy road and hit a guard rail.

Luckily for him, for that particular day only, Jung Yonghwa decided not to take his own car , but instead took his colleague – Lee Hongki’s car home. Due to the rainy weather, Jung Yonghwa’s van was driving at a speed slower than normal. As such when the van hit the guard rail, no one was injured.

Jung Yonghwa’s company representative said ‘We’re really relieved that no one was hurt even though the accident took place on a slippery road’ ‘Usually when such accidents happen, people tend to think it’s an escape from misfortune so we’ll try to make light out of this accident’

We Thanks God there is nothing to cry about. All our respects to this young actor, Jung Yonghwa, who is showing that he is as professional as the most experienced actor in the team by continuing working so hard in the most adorable drama ever.
